Final Results Revised Date
Shepherd Neame Limited (the "Company"), today announces a revised date for the publication of its Final Results for the full year ended 26 June 2021.
The Company's new auditor, BDO LLP, has requested additional time to complete its formal internal review procedures . As a result, the Company will now announce its Final Results on 9 November 2021, a week later than the previously planned date. The Annual General Meeting remains on the same date of 9 December 2021.
