Grant of Options

NFT Investment PLC (AQSE: NFT), an investment firm specialising in the market for non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"), announces that on 3 February 2023 it granted in aggregate 85,000,000 options and warrants over ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to directors (or their respective service company), a senior manager and an adviser. The grants made to directors and senior management or their service companies were as follows:

Jonathan Hives	5,000,000
Tim Le Druillenec	5,000,000
Ali Saheli	7,500,000

The options and warrants have an exercise price of £0.01 per Ordinary Share, being the mid-market closing price on the date of grant. One third vest immediately, with the remainder vesting over a two year period at a rate of 1/24^th per month.
