Publication of Admission Document
VSA Capital Group plc, an international investment banking and broking firm, with offices in London and Shanghai, is pleased to announce it has today published an admission document in connection with its proposed admission to trading on the Access segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market ("AQSE Growth Market").
The admission document will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.vsacapital.com
Admission and the commencement of dealings is expected to take place at 8 am (UK time) on 9 September 2021.
