The Company announces that on 10 September 2021 Ruiwen (Andy) Chen, a Non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 and 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £0.2325 and £0.235 per share respectively.
Mr. Chen now holds 127,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.66%. of the Company's voting rights.
