Trading Update and Aquis Showcase Event

VSA Capital Group plc (Aquis: VSA), the international investment banking and broking firm, announces that it will report its interim results in the second half of December before the Christmas break, but is pleased to report that its outlook remains unchanged since reporting its final figures to March 2022, in June 2022. A loss will be reported for the interim period, but VSA fully expects a strong second half and a full year profit despite the worsening conditions in general for its industry.

VSA is also delighted to be hosting the VSA Capital Aquis Showcase Event and "Britain's Got Aquis" event at the Royal College of Surgeons on Tuesday 29 November 2022. This event has already had strong registration by high-net-worth investors and with about 20 Aquis Stock Exchange ("Aquis") listed Companies presenting. VSA believe it will be a clear demonstration of Aquis becoming an established market and serious competitor to the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") AIM offering. VSA has taken a strong stance to back Aquis as it genuinely believes London needs a second exchange and competitive environment. The event has also attracted some exceptional speakers and "judges" including head judge, Andy Brough (Schroders), supported by Rich Ricci (Panmure Gordon), Judith MacKenzie (Downing), and Jim Armitage (The Times and The Sunday Times), along with guest speakers, David Buik (Financial TV Pundit) and James Wood (Winterfloods), and special guest speaker, Sir Robin Saxby (Founder of ARM).
