TruSpine Technologies plc (AQSE: TSP), the medical device company focused on the development of its pioneering "screwless," spinal (vertebral) stabilisation systems, announces that, further to the announcement released on 27 October 2022, its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") was adjourned until further notice. The adjournment was approved by way of a majority shareholder vote present at the AGM, through a show of hands, and without any business being conducted.
