Orderly Market Agreement - Director's Family Dealings

S-Ventures (Aquis Exchange: SVEN), announces that on 4th June 2021, Iain Livingston (Father of Scott Paul Livingston, Chief Executive Officer), sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, at an aggregate price of 23p per share, pursuant to an orderly market agreement to satisfy market demand.

Following the above transaction, Scott Livingston's direct beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains 48,749,108 representing approximately 49.1% of the issued share capital.  His immediate family hold a further 3,433,694 representing 3.5% of the issued share capital.
