Exercise of Warrants

The Company announces that it has received a Notice of Exercise from a warrant holder in respect of 500,000 warrants over shares at a price of 2p per ordinary share. 

The Company issued 500,000 new Ordinary Shares on 15 November 2021 to the exercising warrant holder. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AQSE which occurred on 18 November 2021 ("Admission"). Following this issue, the issued share capital of the Company is now 112,127,947 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
