Corporate Update

The Company has been delighted with the support expressed by investors in the Company leading to the fundraising of £3m at a price of 70p per share announced on 17 December 2021.  Notwithstanding the fact that the fundraising was undertaken at a considerable premium to the share price prevailing at the time, the Company is not aware of any inside information that should be disclosed at this time. 

The Company wishes to announce that the first audited results for the period ended 30 September 2021 will be published in February 2022.  The Company expects to report results in line with market expectations, as set out in the research initiation note published by the Company's broker, VSA Capital, on 25 November 2021, which is freely available to investors in the UK from VSA's website at https://vsacapital.com/investment-market-research-portal
