Exercise of Options

The Company announces that it has received a Notice of Exercise from an option holder in respect of 268,746 options over shares at a price of 9p per ordinary share. 

Application has been made for the 268,746 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AQSE which is expected to occur on, or around, 31 March 2022 ("Admission"). Following the issue and admission of the new ordinary shares, the issued share capital of the Company is now 117,660,086 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
