Silverwood Brands plc wishes to announce the resignation of James Wilson as a Director of the Company. James will be focused on the growth of the Huginn Fund. He will remain with Silverwood as an advisor to the board. The board will now commence a process to recruit a new independent Non-Executive Director.

Andrew Gerrie, Executive Director, said:
