NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (the "AGM")
The Company's AGM will be held at meeting room 15, Henry Wood House, 2 Riding House Street, London W1W 7FA on 17 August 2021 at 10.00 am.
Notice of the AGM has been posted to shareholders and will be available on the Company website at https://semperfortisesports.com/
The Company's report and accounts for the financial year ending 31 January 2021, to reappoint the auditors, and to authorise the directors to determine the auditors' remuneration are not included and will not be proposed at the AGM.
The audit process is now close to completion and the report and accounts for the financial year ending 31 January 2021 will be released on Friday 30 July 2021.
The Company expects to post the report and accounts to shareholders during the first week of August 2021 and then convene a separate general meeting to receive the report and accounts by the end of August 2021.
