Further to the announcement on 29 July 2021, the Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2021 and Notice of GM will be posted to shareholders later today and will be available in full to download from the Company's website (https://semperfortisesports.com/) shortly.
The Company's GM will be held at meeting room 15, Henry Wood House, 2 Riding House Street, London W1W 7FA on 25 August 2021 at 10.00 am.
