Repayment of Investment Bond

As referenced in Eight Capital's interim results announced on 29 September 2020, the Company is pleased to announce that investee company Finance Partners Group ("FPG") has satisfied its repayment obligations in respect of the Company's €110,000, 8% bond investment announced on 11 September 2018 with the repayment of the principal investment and final coupon payment.

The Company retains a 28.57 per cent. equity interest in FPG.
