Annual General Meeting and Directorate Change
Eight Capital Partners plc (AQSE: ECP), the technology-focused financial services operating company that seeks to build shareholder value primarily through the development of businesses engaged in fintech banking, advisory, asset management, and other technology-enabled sectors, announces the date of its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a director change.
Annual General Meeting
The Company confirms that its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 will be held at 11:00 a.m. (GMT) on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, at the offices of Cairn Financial Advisers LLP, 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE.
The formal Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders in the coming days and made available on the Company's website.
Director Change
As a result of his increasing commitments elsewhere, Dominic White will step down as Non-executive Director at the AGM. He will continue to support the Company as an adviser, working with the Board and leadership team on specific projects as they progress a number of new strategic initiatives that the Company expects to announce shortly.
