Board Appointments

 

IntelliAM AI plc (AQSE: INT),  the software company leveraging the power of AI and machine learning in the manufacturing industry, announces the appointment of Victoria Clarke Brown to the board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, and Max Deeley as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

 

The Audit and Risk Committee will now comprise Victoria Clarke Brown, Max Deeley and Keith Ridgway. The Remuneration Committee will now comprise Max Deeley, Victoria Clarke Brown and Keith Harris.

 

Victoria is qualified accountant, a Chartered Director and an experienced Non-Executive Director with over 30 years' experience in various global manufacturing organisations. Her key skills include corporate governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, cost control, cash generation and development of long term strategy. She also sat on the Audit and Risk committee for Sheffield Hallam University.

 

Max is also a qualified accountant who has over 20 years' experience in real estate, private equity, and corporate finance. He has proven expertise in identifying value-add opportunities, deal structuring and raising capital. He is the founder and Managing Director of DTK Capital, a privately-owned investment and development company focused on the central and north west London real estate markets.

In addition, Max Deeley was a director of Reflex Vehicle Solutions Limited (a UK car rental company) when the company was initially put into administration on 12 March 2012. It was dissolved following liquidation on 21 May 2019 where certain secured creditors were not paid in full.

Victoria Clarke Brown and Max Deeley have no direct or indirect interest in the Company's issued share capital. 

Except as set out above, there is no further information regarding Victoria Clarke Brown and Max Deeley that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 4.9 of the AQSE Growth Market Access Rulebook.

 

Our board of directors believes that Victoria Clarke Brown's and Max Deeley's financial knowledge and experience qualifies them to join the Board.
