Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Board of RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK private rental sector, is pleased to announce that t he Company's Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31 December 2024 will be held at the offices of Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London, EC2M 5PS on 24 April 2025 2023 at 10.00 am (the "AGM"). The notice of the AGM (the "Notice") will be added to the Company's website and be posted today to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy.
