Discontinuance of historic SFO investigation
Watchstone Group plc (LON:WTG) announces that, further to its announcement on 28 April 2020 that the Serious Fraud Office ("SFO") had closed its investigation into Quindell Plc and its subsidiaries, the Company has today been informed that the SFO has also formally discontinued its remaining investigation into associated persons of Quindell Plc with no further action being taken.
