Watchstone announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 on the Group's website at www.watchstonegroup.com/investors.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 has been posted to registered shareholders who have so elected.

The 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00 pm on 30 June 2022 at WH Ireland, 24 Martin Ln, London EC4R 0DR. The Notice of the AGM will be published on the Company's website at https://www.watchstonegroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/.

Shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, they have received instructions to enable them to vote electronically and how to register to do so.
