Further to its previous announcements, Watchstone Group plc (LON:WTG) announces that the High Court has dismissed its claim against PwC (claim number: CL-2020-000507) in a judgment handed down this morning.
Watchstone is disappointed with the outcome of the case and is currently considering whether to appeal the judgment. The Company's management and legal advisers will consider the judgment and determine the appropriate course of action.
Watchstone will make further announcements in due course, as appropriate.
