Publication of Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Watchstone announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 on the Group's website at www.watchstonegroup.com/investors.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be posted today to registered shareholders who have so elected.

The 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.30 pm on 30 May 2023 at WH Ireland, 24 Martin Ln, London EC4R 0DR. The Notice of the AGM will be published on the Company's website at https://www.watchstonegroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/.

Shareholders will not receive a form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, they have received instructions to enable them to vote electronically and how to register to do so.
