Watchstone expects its cash balance (including term deposits) at 31 December 2023 to be approximately £7m (equating to approximately 15p per share) and awaits the decision of the Upper Tax Tribunal relating to the recovery of historic VAT paid in the Ingenie business. The hearing took place in November 2023.
