Change of Adviser
The Company has been asked by Aquis Stock Exchange to clarify the position concerning our change of advisor.
1. Peterhouse resigned as the Company's adviser, with immediate effect on 13 October 2022.
2. First Sentinel Corporate Finance ("FSCF") were able to take over immediately because the Company and FSCF were already in discussions concerning their appointment as adviser.
The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
