Further Extension of Reporting Deadline

Black Sea Property announces that Aquis Stock Exchange has granted a further extension for the publication of the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020. This extension has been granted  pursuant to Rule 3.1(2) of the AQSE Growth Market Access Rulebook and the Company now expects to publish its Report and Accounts by no later than 14 September  2021.
