DISTRIBUTOR DISPUTE

The Company announces that one of its subsidiaries, Star Collaboration (Guangzhou) Limited ("Star C"), has entered into legal proceedings with one of its distributors where approximately GBP166,000 (equivalent to approximately RMB1,500,000) of sales under the strategic cooperation sales agreement is in dispute with Star C in relation to unit price of product per item.

The Company will make a further announcement in due course.
