EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS

MiLOC is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MiLOC Biotechnology Limited, has been granted the exclusive distribution rights by CRUSHMETRIC Limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Partner") to distribute our Partner's designer products including but not limited to the CRUSHMETRIC SwitchPen in all online and offline platforms.

The Partner was established in 2021 and is 51% owned by Noah Deledda who is a famous American can sculptor and artist, and 49% owned by Mr. Ong Ban Poh Michael, CEO of MiLOC.

The Directors believe that by bringing new product lines to the Group, the brand awareness of MiLOC will be enhanced and its sales revenues will increase.
