Bowsprit Partners is a London-based corporate finance and corporate broking firm specialising in advising both growing public and private companies, with a strong focus on cross-border equity capital markets transactions. In addition to being an authorised AQSE Corporate Adviser, Bowsprit Partners is a Member Firm of the London Stock Exchange and holds multiple accreditations including Listing Sponsor status for the Euronext Growth and Access Markets in Paris, Brussels and Lisbon, Certified Adviser for the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm and US OTC Markets Sponsor permission for international companies.
Bowsprit Partners' appointment follows Hobart Capital Markets' resignation effective June 06, 2025.
