Satherm GmbH informed us today that they have purchased 1,435 shares in Pyrum Innovations AG at an average price of NOK 685.43 per share.
The mandatory notification is related to Mr. Jürgen Franz Opitz, CEO of Satherm GmbH, who is a member of the supervisory board of Pyrum Innovations AG.
