Reference is made to the latest capital increase with subscription rights from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" or the "Company").
In connection with the capital increase, Elke Marlis Opitz, a close associate of primary insider and member of the Company's supervisory board, Jürgen Franz Opitz, has been allocated and has subscribed 182 new shares at a price of EUR 27.50 per share.
