Reference is made to the latest capital increase with subscription rights from Pyrum Innovations AG ("Pyrum" or the "Company").
In connection with the capital increase, Kai Winkelmann, CFO of Pyrum Innovations AG, has been allocated and has subscribed 900 new shares at a price of EUR 27.50 per share.
