88 Energy Limited (ASX: 88E) ("88 Energy" or the "Company") announces that a notice of annual general meeting of the Company (the "AGM") was lodged to convene the AGM, which is scheduled to take place at 10:00 a.m. (WST) on 16 May 2022 at the Vibe Hotel Subiaco, Level 9, 9 Alvan Street, Subiaco WA 6008.
