DIVIDEND PROPOSAL OF CEZ: CZK 52 PER SHARE

At its meeting today, the Board of Directors of ČEZ, a.s., approved adividend proposal of CZK 52 per share. This proposal corresponds to atotal value of CZK 28 billion. The proposal assumes the payment of 100%of the consolidated net profit for 2020 (adjusted for extraordinaryeffects) and reflects the contribution of the sale of Romanian assets tothe total debt capacity of CEZ Group. The amount of the dividend will bedecided by the General Meeting of the Company on 28 June 2021.
