RESTRUCTURING ACTIONS There were no payments made in the first quarter of 2013 related to our remaining asset retirement obligation of $0.5 million, as of March 31, 2013. In the first quarter of 2012, we incurred charges related to the redeployment of assets and other related costs associated with the closure of our Detroit Manufacturing Complex (DMC) and Cheektowaga Manufacturing Facility (CKMF). We expensed and paid $12.2 million in the first quarter of 2012, related to these actions.
