RESTRUCTURING ACTIONS We made payments of $0.1 million in the third quarter of 2013 related to our remaining asset retirement obligation of $0.4 million, as of September 30, 2013. In the nine months ended September 30, 2012, we incurred charges for the redeployment of assets and other related costs associated with the closure of our Detroit Manufacturing Complex (DMC) and Cheektowaga Manufacturing Facility (CKMF). We expensed and paid $22.9 million in the first nine months of 2012, related to these actions.
