Board and Management Update
Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV) ("Artemis" or the "Company") is pleased to advise of several planned Board and management changes designed to support the Company's next phase of growth and development.
· Mr Jozsef Patarica has transitioned from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director. This role change recognises his deep operational and technical experience, and the fact that over recent months he has been closely involved with Artemis' project work and strategic planning.
· Mr Julian Hanna has transitioned from Managing Director to Technical Director. His focus will sharpen on technical leadership, operational delivery and oversight of exploration milestones.
· Mr Guy Robertson will resign from his roles as Director and Company Secretary, effective 30 September 2025 to pursue other interests. Following this date, Mr Robertson will no longer serve on the Board. He has, however, agreed to make himself available to provide support to the Board, as required post 30 September 2025 until the expiry of his three month notice period on 26 December 2025.
· As previously announced Ms Vivienne Powe will continue as Non-Executive Director until the Company's Annual General Meeting in November 2025. At the AGM she will step down from the Board.
· The Company has appointed Mr Henko Vos and Ms Jennifer Voon as Joint Company Secretaries.
Background & Rationale
In its recent announcement dated 3 September 2025, Artemis announced the intention to appoint Mr Patarica as Non-Executive Director, recognising his strong track record in advancing resource projects from exploration and feasibility through to production. The current changes are the next step in ensuring Artemis has the right leadership structure to deliver its strategic objectives.

The Board sincerely thanks Mr Robertson for his leadership and dedication, and Ms Powe for her steady hand in governance and her many contributions. Their efforts have laid down strong foundations for Artemis' future and the Board wishes them every success in their future endeavours .
