Mr. Petr Laube will cease to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board on 24 April 2019. Mr. Laube will at the same time stop serving on the Audit Committee and on the Risk Committee.
Based on the result of the assessment by the Nominations Committee, the Board of Directors has proposed to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 April 2019 to elect Ms. Petra Wendelová to the position on the Supervisory Board and on the Audit Committee vacated by Mr. Laube's departure.
