Final Terms dated 7 June 2022 relating to EUR600,000,000 1.839 per cent. Covered Bonds Series 2022-1 due 9 June 2027 issued by Bank of Queensland Limited under the base prospectus for the issuance of covered bonds under the AUD6,000,000,000 BOQ Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as trustee of the BOQ Covered Bond Trust (the Prospectus).
