SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE
The Board of Red Emperor Resources NL (ASX/AIM: RMP) ("RMP", "Red Emperor" or the "Company"), announces that Mr Gracjan Lambert, Chief Executive Officer, has resigned from the Company with immediate effect, by mutual agreement, in order to pursue his other business interests. Gracjan may still consult to Red Emperor from time to time in the future. In the meantime, the Board wishes to express its thanks to Gracjan for his contribution and wishes him well for the future.
