Red Emperor (ASX: RMP) announces, further to its announcements of 25 March 2021 and 4 May 2021, that yesterday it published and lodged with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission ("ASIC") a prospectus in connection with the Company's proposed acquisition of Great Northern Palladium Pty Ltd and associated capital raising (the "Australian Prospectus").
