Red Emperor (ASX: RMP) announces, further to its announcements of 25 March 2021, 4 May 2021 and 19 May 2021, that it has today published and lodged with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission ("ASIC") a supplementary prospectus in connection with the Company's proposed acquisition of Great Northern Palladium Pty Ltd and associated capital raising (the "Australian Supplementary Prospectus").
