Due to an administrative error, the pro-rated bonus payable to MS. Catherine Gubbins in respect of FY24 was incorrectly calculated and reported last year. This AWARD Relates to the balance of the deferred share award due to Ms. Catherine GUBBINS. In line with our principle of fairness, the number of additional shares to be awarded HAS beEN calculated by reference to the share price at the time that these should have been awarded in December 2024, and the vesting date Aligned to the original award (i.e. 9 December 2027). Except as otherwise specified in the Rules of the Plan, ownership of the shares will transfer to MS. CATHERINE GUBBINS ON 9 DECEMBER 2027 without payment and subject to her continued employment by Greencore Group plc.
