Results of the Annual General Meeting
Gulfsands Petroleum plc ("Gulfsands" or the "Company", the "Group"), the oil and gas company focused on growth in the Middle East and broader MENA region, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today at 8 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4BQ, all resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed.
