Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that Anthony Nightingale will step down from the Board of the Company with effect from 31st January 2024.
The Company also announces that Yiu Kai Pang will also step down from the Board, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company, in each case, with effect from 31st March 2024.
The Company would like to thank both for their contributions to the Company during their tenure.
