Honye Financial Services Ltd (LSE: HOYE), gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held at 1 0 .00 am GMT on Tuesday 2 1 January 202 5 at the offices of Locke Lord LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, Spitalfields, London EC2M 3AB.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be mailed to shareholders of the Compan y in accordance with the Company's articles of association and will be also available on 24 December 2024 on the Company's website: http://www.honyefinance.com/

The publication of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2024 has been delayed. The Company is currently in the ongoing process of changing auditors. The Company expects to publish the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 July 2024 presently.
