Equity investments

The unrealized gains and losses for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 that relate to equity investments still held at September 30, 2025 were a $4.6 million net gain and a $10.2 million net gain (three and nine months ended September 30, 2024: $14.6 million net gain and $34.4 million net gain).
