Following on from the announcement on 21 September 2020, we seek to clarify that on 18 September 2020 Finda Telecoms Oy has acquired 6.75% of the 'A' ordinary shares issued by the Company and listed on the London Stock Exchange. However, as the Company has several classes of shares in issuance, Finda Telecoms Oy has acquired 2.49% of the total share capital issued by the Company which equates to 0.7% of the voting rights. We have confirmed this with Finda Telecoms Oy.
