Change of Accounting Reference Date
Ora Technology (AQSE: ORA) announces a change to its accounting reference date and financial year end from 30 November to 31 July with immediate effect.
As a result of this change in the accounting reference date, Ora Technology's reporting timetable will be as follows:
• Publication of audited accounts for the Financial Year End of 31 July 2023, no later than 31 January 2024
• Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 31 January 2024, no later than 30 April 2024
• Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 31 July 2024, no later than 31 January 2025
