Subsequent Events	12. Subsequent Events During October and November 2025, the Company issued 8,254,684 shares of its common stock upon the exercise of stock warrants of $330,000 with conversion prices of $0.04 per share. See Temple University Licensing Agreements in note 6, above. Payments in accordance with amendments to the Temple University Licensing Agreements were due on October 11, 2025, but were not made on that date nor as the date of this filing.
