Sub: Completion of acquisition of equity stake in Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited by Tata Steel Mining Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited

This has reference to our disclosure dated June 15, 2022, regarding the acquisition of 10% equity stake held by the Financial Creditors ('FCs') in Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited ('RFT') by Tata Steel Mining Limited ('TSML'), for an amount aggregating to approximately ₹20.06 crore (hereinafter referred to as the 'Transaction').

This is to inform you that, TSML has yesterday, i.e., June 22, 2022, completed the Transaction.

This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
