results of the Fourth Consent Requests
On 5 September 2025, Thames Water Utilities Limited ("TWUL") announced the launch of its Fourth Consent Requests. Details of the Fourth Consent Requests can be found in the announcement (the "Launch Announcement") here:
Terms used but not otherwise defined have the meanings given to them in the Launch Announcement and Fourth Consent Requests, as applicable.
Approval of the Fourth Consent Requests
TWUL announces today that the Fourth Consent Requests have been approved by creditors with a deemed approval rate of over 99 %.
Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents outlined in the Fourth Consent Requests.
